Four lines of work, and nothing outside them
This is a refrigeration shop: Sub-Zero built-in refrigerators, freezers, ice makers and wine storage, diagnosed in the kitchen and quoted as one figure before anything is opened.

What each line covers
The four pages below are the whole list, and they overlap on purpose — a side-by-side is a refrigerator and a freezer sharing a cabinet, and an ice maker is a subsystem inside one of them. What matters on a call is which sealed system, which airflow path and which control is at fault, not which of the four names the invoice carries.
- Refrigerator repair — sealed-system diagnosis, evaporator and defrost faults, control boards, fans, hinges and gasket replacement on classic built-ins and the current integrated line
- Freezer repair — columns, freezer drawers and the freezer half of a side-by-side, which come down to defrost, airflow or the sealed system
- Ice maker repair — fill, freeze and harvest, the inlet valve and supply pressure, the module and its thermostat, the bin sensor, and the filter and line work behind them
- Wine cooler repair — dual-zone control, evaporator fans, hinges, seals and the glass on treated doors, judged on stability rather than cold

What it costs
Flat $95 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it.
Three things set the repair figure: which component failed, whether that part rides on the van or is ordered in for the platform, and how far the cabinet has to come apart to reach it. So the numbers below are bands, and yours is quoted after the diagnosis rather than over the phone.
- Door gasket or seal replacement — $300 to $730
- Evaporator or condenser fan motor — $300 to $620
- Defrost heater, thermostat or sensor — $280 to $670
- Ice maker, water valve or supply line — $300 to $690
- Electronic control board — $520 to $860
- Compressor or sealed-system repair — $940 to $2,150
For the other half of the decision: a like-for-like replacement of a built-in of this class is $8,660 to $19,630 for the appliance alone, before delivery, panels or cabinetry.

What is not on the list
No cooking appliances and no laundry. Ranges, ovens, rangetops, dishwashers and washers are not what this shop opens, and taking one on would mean learning it on your kitchen. If you have a Wolf range or a Thermador oven, the reference pages on this site will tell you honestly what the fault pattern usually is, and that is as far as it goes.
There is also no contact form and no email queue anywhere on this site. The phone is answered around the clock and the booking page takes a slot directly.

Shingled Victorian, rear kitchen, and a doorway that barely takes a column. He got it out on straps without marking the casing. The condenser fan bearing was dry and dragging, which explained both the noise and the warmth.

The column stands against an interior wall so it breathes entirely through the base grille, which was solid with dust. He cleaned it out, fitted a fan and told me to vacuum it twice a year. Much quieter now.

After the kitchen was extended across the rear the unit ended up in a much warmer corner and struggled all summer. He confirmed the sealed system was healthy before touching anything, opened up the airflow at the base and fitted a new fan. It copes now.
